To inspect all fire exit doors lubricate and make small adjustments as needed , to test panic bars. Automatic doors , will be tested for safety and operational deficiencies. Buttons, strikes and arms will be tested all locking hardware will be inspected for damage. To: operate door manually , and by power if available look for any abnormal operation, signs of damage or wear and tear , lubricate moving parts , tighten any loose screws by hand ,clean area, ensure operation of equipment is safe for public operation - report back of any deficiencies with parts required and photo of damage - await instruction for repairs .
