Hey so we all know sometimes schedules gets messed up and we need to reschedule an appointment. It happens and that is totally fine. Please provide a minimum of a 3 hour cancellation time so I can reschedule something in your time slot. If I'm already on route and you've received the text message notice that I'm in transit, please understand there will be a minimum service charge that for this extreme last minute cancellation. Please notify me right away so I can redirect myself. Thank you for your understanding and your continued support.
